We've perceived during our upbringing that our self worth and value, our self love and acceptance, our happiness are all conditional— conditioned on continual performance. Hence, we believe that we are worthy as long as we are successful and others think of us well. We believe that life is about achieving and producing results, and force, work more, do more is the most important thing.

Suddenly we find ourselves drained, inconsistent and unmotivated, doing things we really don't want to do, unsatisfied with our goals and achievements, and our wellbeing and happiness are somehow not even at the bottom of the list

Ghada's approach to Coaching/ Mentoring is to help her clients achieve the consciousness through which the things will flow forth to them, rather than help them get things done. It is not driven by the old paradigms of "Just do it", but rather, a "listen to it", but a more intuitive, compassionate, subtle, feminine flow, and becoming your own expert way of growth.
