Recognizing the need for Self Care is one thing, but adopting a self-care practice that can improve your life is another, you may be on board with the benefits it can offer —  But when you’re working, caring for your family, and trying to find time for yourself, it can be overwhelming to take concrete steps toward a self-care plan. I’m honored  to have with us today guest expert Suzy Reading and tap into  self care and how we can create intentional, accessible and sustainable practices.

Suzy is a Chartered Psychologist, yoga teacher and author. She specializes in empowering people with the tools of self-care, helping them manage their stress, emotions and energetic bank balance. Suzy is on the editorial board for Motherdom Magazine, the Psychology Expert for wellbeing brand Neom Organics and is a founding member of the ‘Nourish’ app. Her first book ‘The Self-Care Revolution’ published by Aster came out in 2017, 'Stand Tall Like a Mountain: Mindfulness & Self-Care for Children and Parents' and 'The Little Book of Self-Care’ came out in 2019. ‘Self-Care for Tough Times’ and her first children’s book ‘This Book Will (Help) Make You Happy’ were published in 2021.
